Take your time to explore the gorgeous Brisbane Valley as you pedal your way along Australia’s longest Rail Trail, the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail (BVRT).
Overview
Located a little over an hour from Brisbane, but a whole world away from the hustle and bustle of city life, the Brisbane Valley gives you a chance to recharge your batteries and unwind as you cycle along the BVRT.
Explore quaint country towns, take in the endless vistas of the sweeping plains and mountain ranges. You'll return refreshed and with an even greater appreciation of what a vast and amazing piece of Queensland this region is, plus we'll even throw in a souvenir T-Shirt to help celebrate your achievement.

Day 1
7:30am: Arrive Caboolture Railway Station, meet your hosts and get your gear loaded on the shuttle.
8:00am: Shuttle departs Caboolture.
9:45am: Shuttle arrives at Yarraman.
10:15am: Ride starts - Yarraman to Linville (42km).
12:00pm: Own lunch at Blackbutt (19km)
3:00pm: Arrive Linville (23km).
6:00pm: Dinner at local pub.
Day 2
7:30am: Continental breakfast provided at accommodation.
9:00am Ride starts - Linville to Esk (52km)
12:00pm: Own lunch at Lowood (36km)
3:00pm: Arrive Linville (23km).
6:00pm: Dinner at local pub.
Day 3
7:30am: Continental breakfast provided at accommodation.
9:00am Ride starts - Esk to Fernvale (44km)
12:00pm: Own lunch at Lowood (36km)
3:00pm: Arrive Fernvale (8km).
6:00pm: Dinner at local pub.
Day 4
7:30am: Continental breakfast provided at accommodation.
9:00am Ride starts - Fernvale to Wulkuraka (23km)
12:00pm: Arrive at Wulkuraka*.
Optional Return Shuttle ($100)
12:00pm: Arrive at Wulkuraka and get your gear loaded on the shuttle.
12:30pm: Shuttle departs for Brisbane CBD.
2:00pm: Arrive Brisbane CBD.
*There are several options for onward travel from Wulkuraka Railway Station:
- Trains depart every 20-minutes towards Ipswich, where you can change trails and travel towards Brisbane.
- You can ride the extra 5km to Ipswich Station to catch a train to your onward destination.
- You can book the optional shuttle (as shown above).
- You can organise to be picked up from Wulkuraka.

Exclusions
- MTBs, e-MTBs and gravel/cyclocross bikes are available for an additional fee.
